Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

Verba is a dictionary and verb conjugator. Your privacy is simple: Verba does not collect, store, or share any personal data automatically, and requires no account.

Key points

If you email us

Verba itself sends nothing. The only way any information reaches us is when you choose to email us yourself, whether directly or through the app's optional "Suggest a word" button, which simply opens your own email app with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent unless you send it.

If you do, we receive your message and your email address, and we use them only to read the message, act on it if needed, and reply. They are never shared with anyone or added to any list.

The App Store

Verba is distributed through Apple's App Store, and Apple collects its own data around downloads and crashes, governed by Apple's privacy policy. If you have chosen to share analytics with developers in iOS Settings, Apple shows us aggregated, anonymous statistics such as install counts and crash reports. Nothing in them identifies you, and Verba itself contains no analytics code.

Changes

If future features ever involve collecting data, this policy will be updated before those features ship.
